The Motorola ATRIX, the smartphone version of the XOOM, is ready to be released on the 25th of July and with a price tag of £475 according to sources.
Shown as one of the powerful smartphones in the market, it is only second to the Apple iPhone 4 when it comes of picture basics on display with 960x540 pixels spread over a 4-inch screen.
It is powered by a dual core Nvidia Tegra 2 processor with a 1GHz and also a 1GB RAM and 16GB internal storage that can be increased till 48GB. There's a 2-megapixel front facing webcam and a rear 5-megapixel one that is capable of recording HD footage with AF and flash support.
Possibly the fascinating aspects of the phone is battery with a 930mAh, has the biggest capacity on the market allowing users to speak.
The phone seems chubbier than most and is definitely thicker than most of its contender. It is a cheapest dual core smartphone on the market at present and is likely that it will be available for around £30 per month on a two year deal, making it very competitive with the iPhone 4.
